#260: Corrugated Wall Tie

Economy Grade: 26 , 24 , 22 , and 20 gage with 2 perforated holes in nominal 7/8" wide x 7" long. Available in Mill Galvanized or Hotdip Galvanized After Fabrication Only.

Premium Grade: 26, 24, 22,20, 18, and 16 gage with 2 or 4 clear punched holes in actual 7/8" wide x 7" long. Available in Mill Galvanized, Hotdip Galvanized After Fabrication, Type 304 Stainless Steel, or 16 oz. copper.

Special sizes available. This versatile tie can be used as a wall tie or a veneer anchor. See #187 Brick Veneer Anchors as an alternate.

#267: Plastic Mesh Wall Tie

Used to prevent grout from falling thru the block. Manufactured from 1/4” x 1/4” (6.3 mm x 6.3 mm) monofilament material that is corrosion proof and biologically inert. Allows mortar bond between blocks. Available in 100 ft (30.5 m) rolls for 6” (152 mm), 8” (203 mm), and 12” (305 mm) block walls.

 
   
   
   
 

#268: Metal Lath Wall Tie

3.4 lb. galvanized lath, or 2.5 painted lath, sheared to lengths up to 8 ft. (2.44 m) x width specified. Install below CMU cores to support mortar or grout fill.

#269: Wire Mesh Wall Tie

2 x 2 (1/2" (12 mm) ) x 16 gage hotdip galvanized wire. 12" (305 mm) or 16" (406 mm) long x 3" (76 mm), 4" (102 mm), or 6" (152 mm), wide or cut to special sizes up to 10 ft. (3.048 m) long. Use as tie between intersecting masonry walls.
