Effective
January 1, 2001 The Massachusetts Board of Building
Regulations and Standards (BBRS) has adopted new
energy conservation requirements into the building
code. (780 CMR, Chapter 13)

meets these requirements by sealing the penetration
of the sheathing with the Pos-I-Tie®'s neoprene
washer.
The Pos-I-Tie system has passed testing for
compliance with the Energy Code's requirements for Air and Water
penetration.
