#352: Control Joints (PVC & Rubber)

Vertical control joints allow for expansion and contraction of masonry walls while reducing the possibility of air and water penetration. They are used with standard sash block and other masonry wall materials.

#352-10: Rubber 48" & 352-15 Rubber

32" long are manufactured from a high grade of synthetic rubber compound with durometer hardness of 80 shore A when tested in conformance with ASTM D-2240.

Manufactured from PVC compound grade conforming to ASTM D-2287 - 554. They conform to a durometer hardness of 80 +- 5 shore A when tested in conformance with ASTM D-2240.

352-16 PVC Tee 32" long, 352-17 PVC 32" long, 352-12 48" long, 352-13 48" long, 352-18 32" long, & 352-19 32"long are manufactured from PVC compound grade conforming to ASTM D-2287 - 654.

They conform to a durometer hardness of 85 +- 5 shore A when tested in conformance with ASTM D-2240. Tensile Strength - ASTM D-638 352-16, 352-17, 352-18. & 352-19 - 2,000 PSI 352-12 & 352-13 - 1,750 PSI Ultimate Elongation for all per ASTM D-638 was 300%.

Elongation Density for all per ASTM D-297 was 1.39.

#350: Heavy Duty Control Joint Anchor

Anchor is 12" (305 mm) long x 3" (76 mm) wide x 1/8" (3.17 mm) thick with 2" (51 mm) bend. Slot is 2" (51 mm) long x 1" (25.4 mm) wide. L-Rod is 6" (152 mm) long x 1/2" (12.7 mm) dia. Electro Galvanized steel with a 2" (51 mm) bend.

#351: Corrugated Control Joint Anchor

6-1/4" (159 mm) overall length x 1" (25.4 mm) wide x 24 gage. V-Section is 1/4" (6.35 mm) wide x 1-3/4" (44.4 mm) deep.
